New Season, New Pizza

The Autumn Equinox on 23rd September is the start of the new season, and with that comes delicious autumnal flavours.

Our Funghi Forest pizza is inspired by the ingredients of the “pre-alp” mountain region of Italy. Foraging for mushrooms in the forests in the cooler months is such an obsession in Italy that mushroom hunters try to keep the locations of their finds secret. Some even wear camouflage and hunt at night!

Trancio’s Funghi Forest Pizza is a medley of woodland mushrooms cooked in garlic and thyme, on a bed of thinly sliced potato and sage. It’s the perfect treat to keep you warm as the months grow colder.
